I have bought and sold quite a few homes now and have run across some pretty good Realtors. Chelsea is not just a pretty good realtor, she is a hands on, knowledgeable and true professional. From the moment she walked in our door we knew immediately we were in a whole new ball game. When she created our listing we said many things about the home and generally some Realtors miss stuff or they think it's irrelevant and just add what they think is best. Chelsea didn't miss a thing we said because she is an active listener and when we viewed the flyer for the first time we were in astounded at how it was worded and how she missed nothing. When picture day came around she was there early to make sure the house was in great order and would be all set up for the perfect pictures. In fact she followed through on everything she presented to us. Loads of professionalism with a absolute wonderful can do personality. She refuses to talk bad about others Realtors even when the opportunity is presented to her. Always finding the positive light and path is very refreshing when selling your home. I feel we were very fortunate to have had Chelsea represent us and our home. 10 stars is what she deserves but there has to be a limit unfortunately. Chelsea is not only a great realtor who helped us buy and then sell our first home, she has also turned into an amazing friend. She really had our backs during the whole buying and selling process and even made some sacrifices on her part which she did not need to do to make the whole process easier for us.
